Buyer pays shipping charges; you can calculate your shipping charges in our shopping cart, except for large props and animatronics in which you will need to contact us for a shipping quote. I will need to know if it is shipping to a residence (most residence need a lift gate if the item is heavy which most of our animatronics are) or a commercial location (if they have a loading dock or a fork lift).
When you can expect to receive your order:
Production time on animatronics is approx. 4-6 weeks (depending on time of season).
Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Most other items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Allow 5-7 days for ground shipment once your order is shipped. Some items may not be available for immediate shipment if it is not in stock or on back order. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us. We will contact you immediately if an order is going to take longer than 5 days to ship.
If a package is shipped by UPS and refused, then there is an additional $5.00 charge for the return postage.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and have costumes that fit. In order to ensure this, we do allow for an exchange and return period, except on certain types of items. However, costume companies are very often the target of individuals who purchase items and attempt to return them for a refund after using them. In order to guard against this, and keep our prices as low as possible, we have certain parameters for returns.
• For "Premium Quality" items (i.e. historical reproduction costumes) You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization code, otherwise the sale is final. Returns for these items must be received within 7 days after the initial contact. To obtain authorization, please e-mail and include your original order number, the date the package was delivered, and the item(s) which are in question. All other items must be returned within 15 days.
• If we've made a mistake, we'll fix it right away! If you receive a product which is incorrect or damaged, please contact us via e-mail for a return authorization code. We will reimburse return shipping fees when the problem is our fault.
• If you ordered the wrong size of a product, we will make all efforts to assist you in replacing it with the proper size. If the reason for the return is not our responsibility, we will charge $5.00 for the return, but credit you 100% for the product as long as it is in new condition & original packaging.
• We do not claim responsibility for loss of, damage to, or lateness of shipments by the carrier. We will however be happy to assist you in filing the claim by providing the necessary information.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, worn, altered, are missing items, have cigarette smoke damage or are without the original packaging or tags, so please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything.
• We are also unable to accept returns on large displays, props & animatronics that require special delivery.
• We attempt to issue credit within 24 hours of receipt of the return. If we deny credit, we will hold the uncredited product for 30 days should you need a review or return of that product.
• Unless we've sent you the wrong product, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
